Goal:  Setup and Prep Signs / Banners

Areas to Setup:

• Outside signs
• Prep all signs/banners

Items Needed:

• Campus Area Layout
• Competition Area Layout
• Road Case #8 (Decorator) – pull out mesh banners
• zipties from Rope box

Find appropriate places near where marked on campus map (#3-5) and zip tie mesh banners to fencing or similar

Update map if banners are not close to where marked on map and hand updated map to Mark or Jill

Find appropriate location in Large Gym for large fabric red banner – and tape/hang with rope

Build pop-ups, feather flags, banner uprights and easels

Using Banner list, put all inside signs in place. Feather flags that go outside – leave in lobby and they will be put in place in morning

If time allows, Build Banner Wall – need to adjust frame and then put graphic onto frame. Best if you can ziptie edges
