Goal:  Setup Projection Screens

Areas to Setup:

• Projector Screens

Items Needed:

• Copy of Competition Area Layout
• Borrow measuring tape – measure 11′ from back edge of competition White table pair to front edge of A/V tables
• Projector Screens (long wheeled boxes)
• 4 black Spandex stretch (tight) table cloth from Black 3×3 – in C2 fliptop crate in top right
• 4 rental tables and configure ones colored Orange in middle per layout

Cover each table with tight table cloth making sure that table foot is in the “pocket” of the tablecloth

Open Projector screen box and grab body frame at bottom. Build Projector Screen frame – watching for “TOP”

Put projector screen on frame matching TOP of frame to TOP of screen

Turn over and Put projector feet on lining up mark to top of frame. Stage Left is perspective from being “on stage” – so if top is top, then stage left leg should be on Left side of frame.

Tighten legs with inset screws only lightly – finger tight

Straighten feet out from legs and tighten lightly

Having 4 people help, line up projection screen while standing on floor and then lift slowly onto table top.

Put front of screen leg toward front of table and use c-clamp to clamp to table

Repeat with 2nd projection screen

Put projector screen boxes in “BoneYard” area
