Goal:  Setup Area for Team Pits, Check-in, and Team Pictures

Areas to Setup:

• Team Pit Area

Items Needed:

• Red “3×3” trolley  [Pull out Rope Box and 2 boxes of Cord Covers and leave in Large Gym]
• 5 Orange Cones + 3 weights
• 1 section of 80′ pennant flags from road case #11 – bottom left
• 4 Banner uprights and bases and Pit area signs from Road Case #8 (Decorator)
• Long white photo backdrop (Step-n-Repeat) and 2 blue bag photo backdrops
• Pit Area Layout and Banner ID list

If Small Gym is not open, find Custodian/Teacher to open door

Arrange tables per layout drawing – starting with middle (Blue) rows aligned with power outlet on wall. Measuring tape is in 3×3

Underneath every table leg/foot needs to be 1 piece of cardboard square

Put 1 heavy Green power cords under each bank of 6 tables and plug into wall w/ short 25′ orange power cord. Each Green cord should get 3 of the orange triple tap outlets

Then setup chairs

Then tape down team sign and schedule on lower left of each table per map

Then set up 3 photo backdrop in U shape – large one in middle and 2 smaller ones on outside – take banner off of PVC and putting on top metal pipe enlarged to fit

Put medals on picture table and setup camera and tripod in front of photo backdrop

Put team checkin button box and plastic box to check-in table

Put up signs as noted in layout drawing

Have custodian lock door

Once completed, return to Large Gym
