Competitive League – November qualifiers & Dec-Feb championship
NorCal FLL Challenge program will have Two Leagues – team can choose 1. More details
- Competitive League events -> NorCal Qualifier tournament (QT) with 20%-40% of teams that will advance to a NorCal Championship Tournament (CT)
- Spring League events -> NorCal Local tournament (LT). Formerly known as Recreational League or Rec League
Registration for events will be slightly different than last 2 seasons.
Please review the Tournament Registration Instructions (link coming soon). There are a few steps that need to be fulfilled before your team is eligible to register, be sure to complete all the tasks before registration opens.
Specifically, the Lead Coach 1 will have a special Coach account created on the norcalfllc.org website. Please do not create your own account. In order to fulfill the Playing At Learning requirements and then register, the coach (or their designate) must be logged into the special Coach account.
This tutorial contains all the steps to help you complete your registration in a timely manner.
IMPORTANT: Please use the coach login credentials that have been created and sent out to the Team’s Lead Coach1 to complete your PAL requirements.

TEAM VOLUNTEERS: If your team is participating in a Competitive League event, every team MUST provide at least 1 adult volunteer.
If we end up having (and your team registers) in a HYBRID or REMOTE event, we may ask for volunteers – stay tuned.
In all cases, you (and anyone associated with the team) may NOT be part of the Judge Crew or Referee Crew in NorCal for any event. Yes, this includes even events where your team is not participating. See Volunteer Policy (and you should be familiar with all policies)
