For FLL teams that have a coach1 (aka Primary Coach) listed for their team, an email was sent out November 11th evening from the wordpress site with the exact coach username account.  For nearly all people reporting back,  the email will come from the wordpress site (actually from WordPress wordpress@norcalfllc.org via host2024.hostmonster.com )  are landing in Spam.

In order to submit the Playing At Learning regional requirements AND to eventually register into a tournament, you must use this account.  The username will be of the form “coach_X”  where X is your team number.  You must use this account – any other created account will not work for this purpose.

You can find/access your team’s management (aka Status) page :

1. Visit 2021 teamlist (link on the front page under the Teams column)
2. Searching or scrolling to your team.
3. Click on the status link on the last column.

If you do not have 2 screened coaches and/or both have not accepted the Terms/Conditions,etc required by FIRST, you will be required to do that before you can submit the NorCal requirements.

If you are the listed coach1 (aka Primary Coach for the team and didn’t get the email with the Account Information (username and system-generated password).

1. go to https://www.norcalfllc.org/login/
2. click on the “Lost your password?” link.
3. Enter your email

Also, if you already have a personal account created on the norcalfllc.org site as of Nov-11 8pm pacific time , you can use that.  When I created the new accounts, it added the right permission/role to your existing account info.  This won’t work for any personal account created after that day/time.

Once logged in, you can find your team’s management (status) page as above.
