Goal:  Setup Information and Welcome tables

Areas to Setup:

• Info Table
• Welcome Table

Items Needed:

• Competition Area Layout
• Road Case #10 (FIRST Literature)
• 2 rental tables for Info/Welcome and 2 chairs
• 2 adjustable black tablecloths from road case #11

Put cardboard square under each table leg/foot

Cover each table as marked and size to fit

Build black metal literature frame

Put a few posters and program book on Info table

Put rest of literature on Welcome table – instructions in each box
